ASAP includes over 100 different reports to help you manage your program or business. Whether you need to run a financial forecast or track students' performance, you have a template that's useful immediately, easy to customize and equally easy to share.
Built-In Filtering
Sometimes you want to focus on a precise detail like revenues from a single class, or you're just looking for a summary figure. Why waste your time trying to review too much data? We've added a variety of ways to filter and display your data so it's instantly useful.
Analysis and Extraction
At other times you're looking for a deeper level of analysis. You can sort data by columns and values, pull additional fields into your report and create data sets or groups with a single click. In our basic Student Report, for instance, you can add results from any of 25 custom questions asked on a registration form and look for trends. Then you can extract your results to Excel, XML or PDF
Custom Queries
Occasionally you want a special report or an unusual combination of data not yet available in ASAP. Look into our library of available custom queries and simply subscribe to them. If a custom query does not yet exist, send us a request and we're likely to develop it for the library if other organizations would benefit, too.
Reports for General Users
We believe office staff should spend time on important matters, rather than printing rosters or gathering contact information for instructors and other staff. ASAP gives you the power to assign all of your users access to the ASAP functions they need, including reports. You can refine access to specific types of reports depending on the user's role.
